Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all purchases, subscriptions, and service engagements made through Mataaf Technologies and processed via Stripe, Inc. By completing a purchase or subscribing to any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Payment Processing via Stripe

All payments on this platform are processed exclusively through Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. Mataaf Technologies does not directly collect, store, or process your credit card, debit card, or banking information. Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (stripe.com/legal) and Privacy Policy (stripe.com/privacy). Mataaf Technologies bears no responsibility for errors, outages, fraud, or data breaches originating from Stripe's systems.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at billing@mataaftech.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you retain access to services until that date. Mataaf Technologies is not liable for any failure to cancel due to inaccurate account information provided by the user, technical errors on the user's device or browser, or failure to follow the correct cancellation process.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are considered final upon completion of payment. Mataaf Technologies operates a strict no-refund policy for the following:

  • Partially used subscription periods.
  • One-time service fees or consulting charges once work has commenced.
  • Digital products or downloadable content that has been accessed or delivered.
  • Setup fees, onboarding fees, or integration charges.

Refund requests may be considered solely at the discretion of Mataaf Technologies only in these exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges caused directly by a confirmed technical error on our platform.
  • A service was never provisioned or delivered due to a verified failure on our end.

Any approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Mataaf Technologies is not responsible for any delays imposed by Stripe, your bank, or card network in processing the refund.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe an unauthorized charge has occurred, you must contact us at billing@mataaftech.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback without prior notice may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and services. Mataaf Technologies reserves the right to dispute any chargeback it deems unjustified and to provide all transactional evidence to Stripe and relevant financial institutions. We bear no liability for account suspension resulting from chargeback disputes initiated by the user.

5. Stripe Disputes & Stripe's Liability

Stripe, Inc. operates as an independent payment processor. Any disputes, errors, or issues arising directly from Stripe's platform — including payment failures, fund holds, account restrictions, or identity verification requirements — are solely between you and Stripe. Mataaf Technologies is not a party to disputes between users and Stripe and bears no financial or legal liability for actions taken by Stripe. Stripe's own terms and conditions govern the payment relationship, and Mataaf Technologies has no control over Stripe's dispute resolution processes.

6. Service Modifications & Termination

Mataaf Technologies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice. In the event of service discontinuation by Mataaf Technologies, users on active paid subscriptions will be offered a prorated refund for the unused portion of their current billing cycle. This represents the full extent of our liability in such circumstances. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service modification or discontinuation.

7. Currency & Taxes

All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at the time of purchase. Mataaf Technologies is not responsible for currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or taxes imposed by your local jurisdiction. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout where required by law; all remaining tax obligations are the sole responsibility of the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mataaf Technologies, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with: (i) your use of or inability to use our services; (ii) any transaction processed through Stripe; (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information stored therein; (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; or (v) any errors or omissions in any content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Mataaf Technologies in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to This Policy

Mataaf Technologies reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
